Dismounted Man-Portable Air Defense System (MANPADS) Experiment

Abstract

This effort demonstrates and experiments with potential government and/or industry technology components to improve the effective range of the Stinger missile in the man-portable air defense system (MANPADS) configuration. The goal of this effort is to demonstrate improved Stinger capabilities when used in a MANPADS configuration.
