Abstract
This effort provides appropriate SoS engineering rigor for multiple S&T projects by providing field-based risk reduction processes, quantifiable technology performance in a SoS context, data- driven programmatic decision support, and field-based performance data to supplement Technology Readiness Level Assessments. This effort provides network automation, resiliency, and situational understanding through S&T advancements.
