Abstract

Began year two of new VLRCOE agreements with Penn State University, University of Maryland, and Georgia Institute of Technology; secured Navy and NASA funding to supplement a robust experimental and analytic basic research program in rotorcraft technologies including: Aeromechanics, Structures, Flight Dynamics and Control, Rotorcraft Design and Concepts, Vibration and Noise Control, Propulsion, Affordability, Safety and Survivability, and Naval Operations.
