Change Summary Explanation
The FY 2020 funding request was reduced by $.161 million to account for the availability of prior year execution balances. The increase from FY 2019 to FY 2020 is due to new supply chain optimization initiatives, Next Generation Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and to accommodate additional material studies and analysis.
