Support the Integrated Combat System development effort to standardize hardware and refactor existing software on Surface Combatants and Large Deck platforms into a common computer program in support of DDG, FFG, LCS, CVN, LHA, and LHA Class ships with a target initial delivery date in 2026 timeframe.
