Details are provided under separate cover. FY 2023 includes $10.554 million in Overseas Operations Costs (OOC) Actuals. FY 2024 includes $4.417 million in the OOC Requested. FY 2025 includes $2.066 million for the OOC Budget Estimate. OOC were financed previously with former Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) funding.
