Bacterial Threats

Abstract

This effort conducts studies to refine bacterial countermeasures, including vaccine candidates, to prevent diarrhea (most commonly caused by enterotoxigenic E. coli, Campylobacter and Shigella), wound infection and scrub typhus (a debilitating mite-borne disease).
