JMEWS
Abstract
The Joint Multiple-Effects Warhead System (JMEWS) ACAT III program enables the Tactical Tomahawk to utilize multiple lethal effects to address Hard and Deeply Buried Targets (HDBT) while increasing the Tomahawk Weapon System (TWS) capabilities against Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). Previous enacted budgets have resulted in JMEWS program elongation. Re-planning due to enacted budgets moved JMEWS Milestone B to 2Q FY2020. RDTE funds were re-phased enabling JMEWS program to be fully funded and executable.
