Abstract
Provide requirements analysis and market assessment in support of CBRN Dismounted Reconnaissance Set, Kits, and Outfits Increment 2. Funds will be used to assist capability developers in scoping requirements, decompose requirements into specifications, assess the commercial market, identify changes in commercial products required to meet the required capability needs, and procure and test candidates as required.
