Homeland Defense OTHR Development
Abstract
HLD OTHR efforts will focus on development of modeling and simulation aimed at conducting analysis for up to 4 CONUS sites. Modeling will provide key performance metrics unique to each site interaction with High Frequency Radar and the Ionosphere that will be used to finalize requirements and technical specifications to inform system acquisition.
