Non-Contact Biometric Hand Scanner (funding contingent upon congressional appropriation and/or new start authorization)
Abstract
This project will develop a non-contact, mobile hand print biometric capture system that is capable of capturing three dimensional images of all five fingers and the palm in a single presentation.
