Abstract

Design and develop the replacement for the Higher Authority Command/Rapid Message Processing Element (HAC/RMPE) message generator due to obsolescence and unsupportability for repair. This program will address the replacement of Test Support Equipment (TSE) with a modern, sustainable common platform and standard interfaces.
