DESCRIPTION, ALIGNMENT AND CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE IIT NARROW-BAND LOCK-IN ANALYZER

Abstract

A miniaturized, narrow-band, lock-in analyzer is described which is useful for LF analyses from 1 to 440 c and for determining the variations in amplitude and frequency of discrete frequency components. The various circuits and their functions in the analyzing process are discussed, as well as alignment procedures, response characteristics of the major components, and recordings made by the analyzer.
