CANAL ZONE ANALOGS 2. ANALOGS OF CANAL ZONE CLIMATE IN INDIA AND SOUTHEAST ASIA
Abstract
This report is the second of a series of studies comparing the climates of tropical areas throughout the world with the climate of the Canal Zone. The report presents information for military planners and test personnel concerning the degree to which the climates of Balboa Heights and Cristobal in the Canal Zone resemble those of India and Southeast Asia, and thus suggests the applicability to other regions of the results of equipment performance tested in the Canal Zone.
