Problem of the Strength of ZHRD (Liquid-Fuel Rocket Engine) Burner with Connected Envelopes

Abstract

Investigations of certain problems associated with the strength and resistance of the cylindrical part of the ZhR burner with connected envelopes were carried out during 1954-1956 at the MAI (Moscow Aviation Institute). They included both theoretical and experimental research. One of the theoretical investigations is briefly set forth in this article.
