Analysis of Controlled Field Circuit Design
Abstract
A method for calculating the resistance between circular current sources on a distributed resistive sheet is shown. The method uses afinite number of images to satisfy boundary conditions on the plane. The use of distributed resistance in circuits is shown with circuitanalysis of a transistor amplifier. A digital computer solution to the static-potential field problem by solving Laplace's equation in differenceform is shown. Distributed resistive networks offer an approach to the elimination of circuit resistor connections.
