Abstract

Hypereutectoid Type A151 E52100 steel was evaluated by the Ammunition Engineering Directorate's Ammunition Engineering Laboratory for its suitability as an alternate material for the two-piece pearlite malleable iron XM151 Warhead of the 2.75-Inch Rocket System.
