PROGRAM REVIEW AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR RVNAF PROGRESS

Abstract

The Program Review and Analysis System for RVNAF Progress is designed to measure the effectiveness of MACV plans and procedures (programs) developed to assist JGS in improving the effectiveness of RVNAF. The results of the review and analysis are presented orally and in a published report on a semiannual basis. The oral report is limited to areas of exceptional or deficient performance and other significant matters warranting the attention of COMUSMACV and Chief, JGS. The written report contains full details of all programs. This is the second report and covers the period 1 July through 31 December 1967.
