REVIEW OF PHYSICAL PROCESSES IN HYPERVELOCITY IMPACT AND PENETRATION

Abstract

Research was conducted on hypervelocity impact. Applications of the results were made to the problems of the meteoroid hazard, satellite vulnerability, and ICBM defense Some new information in this area is reported and some of the earlier work is compared with recent experimental data.
