PROPERTIES OF SOLUTIONS OF METALS IN MOLTEN SALTS

Abstract

Research into the properties of molten salts followed five lines of investigation (1) nuclear magnetic resonance, (2) electrical conductance, (3) surface tension, (4) magnetic susceptibility, and (5) absorption spectra. Progress in each is summarized.
