Error Analysis of RC Circuits Commonly Used for Timing

Abstract

The report analyzes various RC timing circuits commonly used in ordnance electronic timers. Timing errors are computed as a function of the component tolerances, specified to account for possible manufacturing, aging, and temperature changes. The effect of capacitor leakage is also computed.
