TECHNIQUE FOR ESTABLISHING PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (TEPPS)

Abstract

The report is a procedural guide for the application of a Technique for Establishing Personnel Performance Standards (TEPPS). It specified the types of input data required, provides instructions and examples on how to proceed through the various steps in TEPPS's application and includes guidelines for interpretation of results. The TEPPS computer program procedures also are discussed along with instructions for use.
