Waiting Time Till Service for a Simple Inventory Model

Abstract

The report uses a single-facility, single-consumable item inventory model to derive an exact expression for the steady-state expected time that a customer waits until a facility satisfies his demand for a unit of stock. The work is in regard to inventory theory, especially that concerned with multi-echelon techniques.
