Tables to Facilitate Fitting S sub B Curves 2. Both Terminals Known

Abstract

An earlier report gave tables for fitting S sub B curves using the first four sample moments. The present tables can be used to fit S sub B curves using the first two moments, and the extremes of the range of variation.
