Historical Summary of Activities in the UC-FAA Fog Chamber

Abstract

The 1000 ft long building which constitutes the chamber is described in detail. The 10th scale runway lighting system and its control are described. The fog producing system is explained as well as the means for uniform fog density control. Information on basic instrumentation is included.
