KURILE ISLANDS EXPERIMENT OCEAN-BOTTOM SEISMOGRAPHIC EXPERIMENTS

Abstract

An Ocean-Bottom Seismograph Field Experiment was conducted in the Kurile Islands region between 21 October 1966 and 16 December 1966. Preliminary data recorded during the experiment is presented. Data includes USC and GS reported events, preliminary OBS epicenter determinations and unassociated phases.
