Evaluation of Personnel Service Companies

Abstract

The purpose of the project was to evaluate the effectiveness of four Personnel Service Companies in support of operational units in the Republic of Vietnam to determine whether the units' effectiveness could be enhanced by changes in personnel and equipment authorizations, mission, functions, and operational concepts. The mission of the Personnel Service Company is to act as custodian of and maintain the field individual military personnel records.
