Explosives Test and Evaluation Facilities

Abstract

This report is provided as a reference document for explosive hardware. The successful development of explosive devices used in ordnance or other defense or space application requires a rigorous test and evaluation program to assure high reliability in use, and a high factor of safety in handling. The NOL explosives test failities are utilized for such test and evaluation programs.
