46th Annual Gun and Missile Systems Conference and Exhibition

Abstract

Presented at 46th Annual Gun and Missile Systems Conference and Exhibition, Shaping Weapon Systems for Rapid Deployment: Development, Interoperability and Flexible Response, Miami, FL, August 29-September 1, 2011. The conference will provide a forum for discussing methods to enhance defense-related capabilities, not only through available technology, but also through development of personnel. A broad range of topics related to design and development of technology and training, and development of people in the gun and missile system industry will be presented. The full scope of gun and missile tactical weaponry and related components will be discussed including: direct/indirect/precision fire systems, tactical rockets and missiles, energetics, effectiveness, modeling and simulation, platform integration and emerging technologies.
