Symbolic and Sub-Symbolic Robotic Intelligence Control System (SS-RICS) Users Manual
Abstract
This is a users manual for the Symbolic and SubSymbolic Robotics Intelligence Control System. The manual explains the overall use and operation of the robotics architecture, the different setups and connections, the simulator and real-world operation, and the code-development environment for creating programs for the robot. A wide variety of topics is covered, from code deployment to the theoretical issues involving symbolic and sub-symbolic knowledge representation. It is intended to be a general platform for robotics development with an emphasis on cognitive mechanisms for robotics control.
