Privacy Support for the Total Learning Architecture Volume 1: Operational Characteristics

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to inform ADL and other Training and Learning Architecture (TLA) producers and consumers about the Operational Characteristics that impact users privacy concerns and to make recommendations for implementing a Privacy by Design (PbD) model where privacy decisions of the system are made in its initial developmental stages. The set of recommendations put forth in this document will allow ADL and other TLA performers to select the characteristics that best alleviate users concerns.
