Multifunctional Nanotechnology Research

Abstract

The objective of this effort was to utilize emerging nanoelectronics with advanced computing and neuromorphic architectures as a vehicle to explore research and development, and deployment of nanotechnology based information analysis systems utilizing the emerging disciplines of nanoscience and nanoengineering.
