Studies of High Power Edge-Localized Wave Propagation in Novel Materials; Opportunities to Provide Advanced Antenna and Circuit Capabilities

Abstract

The PI's research efforts in physically based nonlinear wave propagation with emphasis in non-linear optics is extremely active. There have been a number of important research contributions carried out as part of the effort. During the period 15 November 2015-14 November, 2018, nine papers were published in refereed journals, fourteen invited lectures were given and one paper/preprint is under review. The PI also received a number of honors during this period. The key results and research directions are described in the section on accomplishments/new findings. Full details can be found in our research papers.
