Workshop on Dynamic, Control and Numerics for Fractional Partial Differential Equations

Abstract

The three-day international workshop on fractional differential equations, both linear and nonlinear, was concentrated on the following aspects: dynamics, control and numerics. The dynamical part includes well-posedness and the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of the relevant equations. The control theoretic issues such as controllability, observability and stabilization have been addressed and a central point of the workshop. Numerical aspects are extremely important since the main goal is to address problems that arise in real life problems, particularly those related to the national defense.
