Inouye, Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) is one of five U.S. Department of Defense Regional Centers; DKI APCSS receives: Policy Guidance from the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy (OSD(P)) Operational Direction from U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) Funding from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA); Build Capacities, Networks and Shared Understanding by Educating, Connecting, and Empowering Civilian and Military Security Practitioners to Enable Outcomes in the Indo Asia Pacific.
