A Joint Procedure for Movement of Personnel and Cargo

Abstract

To establish a joint procedure for movement of personnel and cargo within the Zone of the Interior and to overseas areas when the agencies responsible for accomplishment are within more than one Department of the National Military Establishment. Operation of land, water, and air Transportation by the Army, Navy, and Air Force, respectively, will be effected.
