A Comparison of Physical Properties of a Glass Ionomer, Resin-Modified Glass Ionomer, Conventional Nanocomposite, and Bioactive Restorative Material

Abstract

The purpose of this in vitro study is to test the compressive stress and the diametral tensile strength (DTS) of GC Fuji IX GP(registered trademark) (a glass ionomer), GC Fuji II LC(registered trademark) (a resin-modified glass ionomer), Filtek(trademark) Supreme Ultra (a nanocomposite), and ACTIVA(trademark) BioACTIVE-RESTORATIVE(trademark) (a bioactive restorative material).
