Fabrication of 2D Material-Based Devices

Abstract

This Technical Report summarizes the 2D material-based device fabrication procedures executed during the FY17-19 of the Office of Naval Research (ONR) In-House Laboratory Independent Research (ILIR) funded Voltage-Tunable Wavelength-Agile 2D Material-Based Light-Emitting Transistors (2D-LETs) project as well as the first year research effort FY20 Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) funded Quantum-Engineered Nanodevices Exploiting Twistronics for EMW and C4ISR (QENETEC) project. Most of the work was performed in the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Nano3 cleanroom facility via an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.
