Mission Mapping and Robust Network Analysis Methods

Abstract

Mission mapping aims to identify the dependencies between a missions components (e.g. activities and functions) and resources like applications, services and communication infrastructure. Using robust optimization methods and MILP we identify critical infrastructure nodes while hedging against imperfect dependency estimates in a mission map. The results and approach are illustrated with a numerical example.
