Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Telebehavioral Health Service Program Evaluation

Abstract

Evaluation of the telebehavioral health (TBH) services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) was needed to help determine the effectiveness and feasibility of these operations. October 2020 and November 2020 to April 2021. The RE-AIM Framework guided the evaluation of the program to track the program's reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance over 12 months.
