A Circularly Polarized Yagi Antenna System for NTS-1 and NTS-2 Ground Stations

Abstract

A circularly polarized yagi antenna system for use with GPS Navigational Technology Satellites (NTS-1 and NTS-2) ground stations was designed and a model built and tested. The report describes the design philosophy and techniques used, actual constructional dimensions for the model, and calculated and measured performance characteristics.
