Abstract

Since a major problem in computer loading and display clutter is that the track based on the maximum noise samples in the volumes of suspicion is being accepted as signal plus noise, it appears that the sequential test should be modified. A previous method used for controlling loading was to subtract the logarithm of the average number of samples above the preliminary threshold in the tracking window.
