Condition Survey, Plattsburgh Air Force Base, New York.

Abstract

The following statements summarize the findings of this investigation: (1) The primary pavements were in very good to excellent condition; (2) The pavements have adequately supported the loadings to which they have been subjected; and (3) No evidence of detrimental effects of frost action was noted, since the subgrade soil is a nonfrost-susceptible material.
