Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the percent of extentions and the reasons for extending or not extending. Specifically the objectives are: Determine reasons for extending or leaving; Determine important changes that would increase retention; Determine the effects of career couseling; Determine the effect of a 3 year extention.
