ARIES Kick Stage.

Abstract

The kick stage was designed as a means of separating contamination-sensitive payloads from ARIES vehicles to allow experiments to be performed in a clean environment. The kick stage is a liquid rocket - essentially a shortened version of the proven Aerobee family. (Author)
