Manufacturing Methods and Techniques for Miniature High Voltage Hybrid Multiplier Modules

Abstract

The progress of the Manufacturing Methods and Technology Program for Miniature High Voltage Multiplier Modules is described in this Second Quarterly Report. Work was concentrated on the design of the module's components - the capacitors, substrates and rectifiers. Rectangular multipliers were fabricated and tested. (Author)
