Memory Organizations and Their Effectiveness for Multiprocessing Computers.

Abstract

The object of this research is to develop a flexible semiconductor memory organization for parallel-pipelined processors and investigate the effect of memory interference on the system performance for a variety of module characteristics, processor orders and memory configurations.
