Alternative EMP Test Techniques for Underground Facilities.

Abstract

This document contains the results of a study to evaluate the applicability and usefulness of the various EMP test techniques on underground communications facilities. Four classes of sites are defined which typify the majority of buried Command Control and Communications facilities and a mix of test and analysis techniques is evaluated for each class.
