Abstract

This summary sets forth the results of a six-year comprehensive study of the 11,250 square mile Connecticut River Basin together with Plan of Development of the water and related land resources. Foreseeable short and long-term resource needs are identified and a plan for the best uses of the resources to meet the needs is spelled out in the report. (Author)
