Manpower Requirements Report for FY 1975

Abstract

This report is the Defense manpower requirements report for FY 1975 submitted to Congress in compliance with Public Law 93-155. It contains recommendations for the annual active duty end strength for each component of the armed forces for FY 1975 and the annual civilian personnel end strength level for each component of the Department of Defense for FY 1975 and includes an explanation of the relationship between the personnel strength levels recommended and the national security policies of the United States in effect.
